TERMS OF SERVICE

commission process
• you can reach me through my official social media accounts or via e-mail
• discussion about the rates and details of the commission piece
• after an agreement, a 50% upfront payment is required
• kindly provide complete instructions and detailed specifications of your desired design, this includes references
• along the way, you will be provided with a maximum of 3 sketch variations, showing poses, design, etc.
• major changes after the sketch phase will be no longer entertained, i.e. complete changes in pose, character design, etc.
• maximum of 3 minor revisions, any changes beyond that will cost an additional $5 eachpayment
• international: PayPal
• local (Philippines): g-cash / bank transfer
• 50% upfront payment
• 50% remaining for full payment, shall be sent before file turnoverturnaround time
• completion depends on the complexity of the piece
• please be reminded that other commissions are being entertained at the same time, hence the timeframe mentioned aboveoutput
• file-turnover will be done through e-mail to ensure the highest quality of the image
• files will be sent after settling the remaining 50% of the full payment
• you will receive the following formats: png, jpg, all in 300px resolution
• PSD file can only be given upon request for an additional $50rights
• i retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
• i have all the rights to post it on my social media platforms or use it as part of my portfolio
• however, if you wish for the artwork to not be posted, please notify me beforehand
• all indicated rates/prices are for non-commercial use only
• i have the right to decline a commission
